Gironde Chambres is a small Anglo-Irish guest house situated in the heart of France’s premier wine region – half way between Bordeaux and Bergerac in the beautiful Gironde. We look forward to offering you our hospitality.
We have four double rooms available, all ensuite, and provide a warm welcome, a hearty breakfast each morning, and a comfortable and relaxed environment during your stay. We are ideally placed for your exploration of this lovely region. Both Bordeaux and Bergerac (and their airports) are around 45 minutes’ drive away, while the famous vineyard village of Saint Emilion is closer still. And if you crave sea and sand, then ninety minutes by car is all it takes to reach France’s Atlantic beaches.

A wonderful little B and B with amazing hospitality. We were attending a wedding just around the corner at Chateau Riguad, so it was a perfect location. Vida was a great host, doing whatever she could to ensure we had a lovely time and always on hand to offer suggestions or ideas. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay and a massive Irish breakfast then I would not hesitate in suggesting Gironde Chambres.

Perfect room, perfect hostess, very friendly, nothing is too much trouble for Veda. Full English breakfast scrummy, delicious. I can’t wait to go back. The house is beautiful as is the garden. Very close to interesting places. Our party were there for my granddaughters wedding at Chateau Rigaud, Veda,the owner of Gironde Chambre drove us to and from the venue. What a lovely lady..
